What is Polsera Fallera?
A complete management platform for fallas and festive associations built around an NFC/QR wristband. It includes a web dashboard for the board, a custom-branded app for members (fallers) and an app for bar staff.
What is the NFC/QR wristband for?
It is a contactless wristband (NFC, with a QR fallback) that works as the member's digital wallet: pay at the falla bar, check in to events and verify age. No cash, no tickets.
Which apps does the system include?
Three: (1) the board web dashboard for membership, accounting, events and reports; (2) the Custom Faller App branded for each commission, where members see their profile and movements, top up the wallet and sign up for events; (3) the bar staff app for fast NFC/QR sales.
What is "Bizum faller"?
It works like Bizum, but with the money in the wristband wallet, not the bank account: from the app, a member can send wallet balance to another member or request balance from them.
Does it handle events and capacity control?
Yes. Create events, manage signups, control capacity and access with the wristband, and organise falla meals and dinners.
How does it help members get involved in commission life?
The Custom Faller App keeps the whole commission informed through notifications, lets members sign up for events and meals, gathers their opinions through surveys and makes it easy to volunteer for each event's tasks, such as setting up tables or preparing sandwiches. Surveys help the board listen to the commission and encourage participation in decisions, without being binding votes.
What control tools does the board get?
Member registry, fees and payments, casal accounting, bar sales history, access and age control, and downloadable real-time reports.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes. The Premium plan includes chats with an AI assistant that helps the board with day-to-day management: data questions, reports and routine tasks.
How much does Polsera Fallera cost?
Pricing is per member per month: Free 0 €, Basic 0.50 €, Pro 0.75 € and Premium 1 €. Prices include VAT; the yearly cost is monthly × 12.
How does the volume discount work?
From 1 to 100 members you pay full price. From 101, the price drops 1% for every 10 members (101-110: 1%, 111-120: 2%… 191-200: 10%) and applies to all members. Try it with the calculator above.
Is there a maximum discount?
Yes, the maximum discount is 65%, reached from 741 members. Also, the monthly total never goes down when members are added: if the discounted total would be lower than for a smaller commission, the previous total applies.
Where is my data stored?
On servers inside the European Union, GDPR compliant. We never sell or share data with third parties.
